An oral history of Sister Mary Aiden Geary, a Sister of Charity of Seton Hill from 1933 until 2003. The interview was conducted by Sister Marie Corona Miller on December 17, 1987.
Sister Mary Aiden Geary - born Helen Regina Geary on May 4, 1913 - entered the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill in 1933. She graduated from St. Joseph Academy and received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Seton Hill College in 1958. She taught at Immaculate Conception, Sacred Heart, and St. James in West End, among other locations. She volunteered her time throughout the nineties. Sister Mary Aiden died on December 18, 2003.
