An oral history of Sister Marie Louise Hunnell, a Sister of Charity of Seton Hill from 1935 until 1997. The interview was conducted by Sister James Marie Malone on July 18, 1986.
Sister Marie Louise Hunnell - born Catherine Delilah Hunnell on September 6, 1916 - entered the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill in September of 1935. She received a bachelor's degree in education from Duquesne University in 1949 and a master's degree in education, also from Duquesne, in 1962. Sister Marie Louise taught in schools in the Pittsburgh area and in Arizona, serving as Principal at St. John the Evangelist School in Tucson between 1957-1965 and as Vice Principal at Resurrection School in Pittsburgh from 1965-1968. Sister Marie Louise Hunnell died on March 18, 1997.
