My dear Mother Regina
Will you kindly allow the Sisters (those who are willing to do so) to sell one or more tickets on gold watch for me? I am, as you know, anxious to raise money for a special purpose, and find no other way of doing so at present. I would like to have the money soon as possible. The watch to be raffled New Years day. I hope the Sisters will do what they can for me. I shall be disappointed if I do not get at least one dollar from each.
May God bless you all and make us true S. of Charity, faithful daughters of St. Vincent.
