Giseburt, Sister Mary Arthur
An oral history of Sister Mary Arthur Giseburt, a Sister of Charity of Seton Hill from 1932 until 1992. The interview was conducted by Sister Marie Corona Miller on May 30, 1987.
Sister Mary Arthur Giseburt - born Dorothy Mildred Giseburt on October 1, 1908 - entered the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill in September of 1932. She served as a housekeeper and a kitchen assistant at a number of convent locations, including Resurrection in Pittsburgh, Cathedral in Greensburg, and at Assumption Hall. Sister Mary Arthur died on August 2, 1992.
